[DEPOSIT] Live Selling Fee is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DEPOSIT FEE is a Joining Fee in order to claim items during any Live Sale events.
If the request is fulfilled - the deposit will be used as credit for shipping or will be deducted from the total cost of the Purchase order.
We will refund 100% if no transaction was made.
NO CANCELLATION of CLAIMED ITEMS - The deposit fee will be forfeited.
Order Cancellation.
Tokudeals may cancel any accepted orders or refuse or delay shipment of any orders if the Purchaser fails to pay the confirmed Pre-order items.
All cancellations must be approved by TokuDeals. Storage charges will be determined based on whether the product is a stock versus a non-stock item. A minimum storage fee of five percent (5%) of the net price will apply.
Refund Policy.
All purchase transactions made through the Services are subject to TokuDeals' refund policy in effect at the time of purchase in case the product is over-sold or the supplier is out of stock.
*No refund will be processed once the item is confirmed and claimed.
